Brand

Loozy Labs LLC is a new and independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a successor to any historical firm of a similar name. The name and marks used here are a memetic brand and imply no such association.

Nature of this preview

The smart contracts are deployed on Robinhood Chain (an Ethereum L3, id 4663) and are unaudited and not independently reviewed. Figures shown — coverage, prices, supply — may be illustrative. Access to this preview is not an offer of any product, token, or security and is subject to legal, custody, and jurisdictional requirements.

Eligibility and restrictions

The products described are, or reference, securities and security-linked instruments. Tokenized penny stocks

Tokenized penny stocks (TICKERx) track exchange-listed micro-cap shares that are bought by a regulated SPV, parked fully-paid at a third-party custodian, and attested on-chain before any token is minted. One token is one share, not one dollar. Balances never rebase; a corporate action rides a multiplier, not a burn. The custodian and broker are independent third parties, and the tokens depend on their solvency and performance.

Memecoins

Memecoins launched on the launchpad are high-risk crypto assets with no intrinsic value, provided for entertainment. They are not securities offerings by the operator and are not backed by any share, reserve, or promise. A launch that sells out graduates into a locked pool; graduation is a mechanic, not a guarantee of value or liquidity.
