Overview

Loozy turns real penny stocks into tokens, lets anyone launch a meme against one, and runs a market maker that keeps each token price close to the real share. A stock-token is written TICKERx: the share is the collateral, the token is the claim, and nothing here is an offer of securities.

The loop

Five steps, none of which touches your custody. Buy the shares off-chain through the SPV. Custody and attest the settled shares on-chain. Mint TICKERx one-to-one, capped by that attestation. Pair the meme so the ticker becomes a launchpad quote asset. Exit anytime by selling TICKERx on its own pool. Buy → hold → attest → mint → launch → graduate.

Stocks

One token equals one real share, never one dollar, and balances never rebase — if the share doubles your tokens double, and a reverse split rides a multiplier, not a burn. Minting needs no USDG. Only the SPV and its market maker mint or redeem, exactly like an ETF's authorized participant; everyone else simply buys and sells TICKERx on the open pool.

Keeping the price honest

The market maker mints and sells when a token runs hot, and buys and redeems when it lags — so the token price never drifts far from the real share it stands for.

The profit from selling into strength funds the next batch of real shares, which is how the peg pays for itself. It settles on market hours, not in a single block, so the arbitrage is tight but never instant. On the launchpad, memes are priced in an approved stock-token — not ETH — on a bonding curve: 80% sold on the curve, 20% kept for the pool, a 1% trade fee. NO US PERSONS · UNAUDITED.
