1. Introduction
Loozy is a private, unaudited preview operated by Loozy Labs LLC (Delaware, File No. 10752559). This notice explains what the preview collects and how it is used. It is not final and will be reviewed by counsel before any public launch. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or advice.
The desk tokenizes exchange-listed micro-cap shares 1:1 on Robinhood Chain and turns each ticker into a launchpad quote asset. Because the chain is a public ledger, anything you sign on it is public by design. This policy covers the website only, not the on-chain record.
By accessing the preview you acknowledge that you have read and understood this notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Consent and opt out
By using the site you consent to the limited, non-identifying analytics described below. You can withdraw that consent at any time — stop using the preview, or ask us to purge what is held about you through the contact page.
3. What we collect
3.1. Usage analytics — non-identifying
During the preview the site may collect basic, aggregate usage signals — pages viewed, coarse region, device and browser type — to improve the product. These are not tied to your identity and are not used to profile you.
3.2. Information you provide
Where you choose to provide it, we keep the contact information you submit — for example an email you send us, or a request routed through the contact page. We do not ask for and do not want confidential or sensitive personal data.
3.3. Wallet and on-chain data
If you connect a wallet, we see its public address and its public balances and transactions. That data already lives on Robinhood Chain and its block explorer; it is not private and is not controlled by us. Do not connect a wallet you need to keep unlinkable.
3.4. Cookies and passive collection
The site uses a minimal set of functional cookies and local storage to remember preferences and keep a session working. You can refuse cookies in your browser; some parts of the preview may then behave differently.
3.5. Access and changes
To ask what is held about you, correct it, or request deletion, contact us through the contact page. We honour reasonable requests to the extent the applicable law requires.
4. How we use it
We use what we collect to run and improve the preview, to answer you when you reach out, to keep the site secure, and to meet legal and custody obligations tied to the tokenized-share program. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
5. Disclosures
Data is not sold. We do not share what you provide with third parties except where reasonably necessary to: comply with legal process; enforce these terms; protect the rights, property, or safety of the operator, its users, or the public; or complete a transfer of the operator's business. On-chain activity is, by nature, already public.
6. Service providers
The share-tokenization stack relies on regulated third parties — an executing broker, a custodian that attests settled shares, and chain infrastructure and RPC providers. Some limited data may pass through them to operate the service. Each acts under its own terms; the public block explorer is outside our control.
7. External links and scope
This policy applies only to this site. Links to external sites — the block explorer, social accounts, documentation — are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement. We do not control their content or data practices. Review each site's own terms before using it.
8. Data breach
If we become aware of a security incident that exposes information you provided, we will investigate, take reasonable steps to contain it, notify the relevant authorities where required, and inform affected users where the applicable law requires. Note that on-chain data cannot be recalled once written.
9. Eligibility and other
The preview is intended for eligible non-U.S. persons only and is not available to U.S. persons or to anyone where access would be unlawful. It is for individuals 18 or older. Applicable local law may grant you further rights depending on where you are.
10. Contact
For any privacy question, or to request access to or deletion of your data, reach the operator through the contact page. Notices may also be served on the operator through its registered agent. NO US PERSONS · UNAUDITED.
