DSSx goes live, backed 1:1

DSS, Inc. on NYSE American becomes the first fully-backed 1:1 stock-token on the floor.

DSSx is live and backed one for one. Following the buildout of its custody and attestation stack, Loozy has brought DSSx — the tokenized representation of DSS, Inc., listed on NYSE American — to the floor as its first fully-backed stock-token. Every unit outstanding is covered by a settled share held in custody.

The path to going live was the standard one, enforced strictly: the SPV bought the listed shares through Interactive Brokers, parked them fully paid at the custodian, and the custodian attested the settled count on-chain. Only after that attestation did the mint controller issue DSSx, one token per attested share.

Coverage is shown live and sits comfortably above one hundred percent, so attested shares exceed tokens outstanding at all times. The backing invariant — supply times multiplier over 1e18 must stay at or below attested shares — is checked on every mint, and any issuance that would breach it reverts.

As the first live, fully-backed name, DSSx is also the first tradable quote asset on the launchpad. Communities can price a memecoin in DSSx and launch it on a bonding curve, and holders can exit anytime by selling DSSx on its pool.

The DSSx token contract is 0xe99d4365A5dA0F7A3919Fc1Fe37EcE79BdB16eDa on Robinhood Chain (id 4663), explorable on robinhoodchain.blockscout.com. Anyone can read the attested shares and the token supply and confirm the one-for-one backing themselves.

Loozy tokenizes exchange-listed micro-caps one for one and turns each into a launchpad quote asset, operated by Loozy Labs LLC, a Delaware entity and an independent memetic brand. DSSx is a tokenized claim on attested shares, not the equity itself. NO US PERSONS · UNAUDITED PREVIEW.
