Loozy scales the market-maker desk
A briefing on how the market-maker desk scales without ever loosening the backing invariant.
Loozy is steadily widening its roster of tokenized micro-caps, adding attested tickers so more communities can launch and trade against real, share-backed quote assets.
Since launching its one-token-one-share model, Loozy has kept scaling the desk that mints and redeems TICKERx, because more tickers means more attested shares in custody and more places for the launchpad to quote a curve.
The desk operates a diversified roster across Nasdaq and NYSE American names — the tokenized micro-caps that back each stock-token — reflecting Loozy’s reach across the small-cap tape. Every name on it is covered one for one by settled shares before a single unit is minted.
Co-minting
Loozy has expanded the set of attested tickers through the same disciplined path each time: the SPV buys the listed stock through Interactive Brokers, parks it fully paid at the custodian, and the custodian attests the settled count on-chain before the mint controller is allowed to issue.
The market-maker desk then manages creation and redemption on each ticker, keeping the token pegged to its share exactly as an ETF is created and redeemed. Only the desk mints and redeems, and only against attested custody, so peg maintenance and solvency stay the same rule.
The strategic aim is to actively manage the roster rather than passively hold it: add tickers where launch demand is real, keep coverage comfortably above one hundred percent on every name, and let the backing invariant — not a person — decide what can be minted.
Because attestation caps every mint, scaling the desk never dilutes backing. A larger roster simply means more independently verifiable reserves, each with its own attested ceiling the contract refuses to cross.
Global Desk
Loozy runs the operation as a lean, software-native desk with no legacy plumbing to reconcile. Coverage is published live for every ticker, so the desk and the public read the same numbers when they check solvency.
The roster now spans multiple live and mintable tickers on Robinhood Chain, each one a quote asset the launchpad can pair a memecoin against. As the desk grows, every new attested ticker becomes a fresh rail for launches priced in a real, share-backed token.
The point of scaling is not size for its own sake. It is to give more communities a backed quote asset to launch against, while keeping the one invariant that makes the whole thing trustworthy: supply times multiplier can never exceed attested shares. NO US PERSONS · UNAUDITED PREVIEW.
